Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare provider enrollment, payer enrollment processes, Medicare/ Medi-Cal, and regulatory requirements.
• Able to manage multiple enrollment deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with payer portals (PECOS, PAVE, CAQH) and enrollment applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider and facility enrollment applications.
• Coordinate initial enrollments, revalidations, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain enrollment records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor status with payers and follow up until completion.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
