Job summary

Petaluma Health Center Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to maintain accurate provider, facility, and payer enrollments, supporting uninterrupted reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate enrollment applications, revalidations, changes, and communications with payers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate enrollment data. Responsibilities include submitting applications, tracking status, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare provider enrollment, payer enrollment processes, Medicare, Medi‑Cal, managed care plans, commercial insurance requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple enrollment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit enrollment applications for providers and facilities and track status.
• Coordinate enrollments, revalidations, changes, and terminations with payers and credentialing teams.
• Maintain enrollment records, supporting documentation, and required signatures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
