Job summary

Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester, MA, seeks a Credentialing and Enrollment Coordinator to maintain provider files, ensure compliance, and respond to privileging and enrollment requests from partners such as Boston Medical Center.

You will lead onboarding, document new hires, monitor enrollment progress, and generate routine verification reports, while protecting sensitive information and upholding NCQA and Medicaid requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines for multiple clients.
• Highly organized with capability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NCQA, Medicaid and other regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with medical staff hiring committee to document new medical staff hires and submit data to privileging/appointment partners (BMC).
• Serve as primary liaison between BMC and providers for enrollment and privileging communications.
• Monitor provider application status and ensure timely responses and documentation.
• Notify CAS of new providers and monitor enrollment progress to meet thresholds.
• Generate routine reports to verify re-credentialing dates and document processing.
