Job summary

Navista seeks a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment with contracted payors for all groups and providers. You will maintain licensure, track credentialing activity, and support enrollment processes across regions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in credentialing, knowledge of payer environments, and strong communication. A flexible schedule and proficiency with Excel/Word are preferred. Benefits are offered by Navista.

Qualifications

• 3+ years credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Knowledge of payer environment and issues.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends if needed.
• Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment and hospital privileging.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in the credentialing platform.
• Participate in training and new workflow implementations.
• Coordinate provider enrollment activities for all groups.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are up to date.
• Prepare forms and documents for hospital privileges when required.
• Meet deadlines and report progress to supervisor.
