Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to organize, verify, and manage credentialing for practitioners and facilities. The role involves maintaining current files and coordinating with licensing entities across states.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS systems, plus the ability to manage multiple credentialing projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience in reviewing databases and auditing paperwork for accuracy.
• Two years of experience in substance abuse field preferred.
• Proficient with CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review credentialing applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare for license reviews and credentialing applications for facilities.
• Maintain and update databases for facilities and practitioners; ensure audit-trail documentation.
