Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years credentialing experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Process initial and reappointment credentialing applications.
• Verify data according to policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify red flags and coordinate with HR, managers, and leadership.
• Enroll, revalidate, and modify provider enrollment for government plans.
• Collaborate to ensure accuracy of plan data and provider verification.
