Job summary

Mythic Talent in Austin, TX is seeking a Talent Manager to own and grow a roster of creators. You will be the primary advocate and long‑term partner, guiding talent through opportunities with brand partners and campaigns while maintaining trust and transparency.

You will develop the talent pipeline, support audience growth and monetization strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of talent management experience.
• Experience working with high-profile talent or clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with assigned talent roster and recruit new creators.
• Coordinate with Sales, Campaign Management, and Brand Partners to ensure successful activations.
• Develop talent careers through audience growth, brand positioning, and revenue streams.
• Maintain high talent retention and negotiate long-term opportunities.
