Job summary

Jobstream is seeking a Creator Solutions and Community Lead to own the heartbeat of the network: people, behaviors, and scalable systems. You’ll act as a product-minded designer and psychologist to build rituals, touchpoints, and feedback loops that turn new creators into active, earning members of the Career Creator Network.

You will be a familiar face in WorkStream sessions, DMs, onboarding flows, and events, translating creator needs into platform enhancements and strong community growth.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with creator economy and monetization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with commission-based monetization platforms (ShopMy, LTK, or similar).
• Strong behavioral design instincts for platform growth.
• Technically comfortable implementing tools and automations; collaborate with product/engineering.
• Warm, credible community presence and peer-level communication.
• Full-time availability with East Coast hours; willing to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Career Creator Network experience end to end, from onboarding through long-term engagement.
• Design rituals, programs, and touchpoints to keep creators active and motivated.
• Host WorkStream virtual sessions and represent Jobstream in person at events.
• Drive organic growth through referrals and creator activation.
• Configure tools and automations, coordinate with product for platform improvements.
