You will build creator strategies around on-air personalities and repeatable formats, protecting passive revenue while pursuing new branded-content opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in social media strategy and management, ideally with direct revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record growing audiences and monetizing channels via platform payouts, branded content, and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Owns social platform strategy, page management, creative testing, and revenue strategy across major channels.
• Covers YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, Substack, and emerging platforms.
• Builds talent and creator strategy around WRAL Media personalities, shows, franchises, and repeatable formats.
• Protects passive revenue while developing new social inventory, branded-content tests, and unique creative packages.
• Tests, measures, and optimizes creative to grow audience, engagement, and monetization.
• Partners with Brand, News, and Sales to package social opportunities for advertisers.
