Job summary

UpperClass is seeking an experienced Creator Program Manager to own the 90-day implementation for university partnerships. You will manage strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and the creator mentor network, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver on client expectations.

In this highly organized, client-facing role, you will drive sessions, educator and student collaboration, and content production coordination while ensuring on-time delivery and clear client visibility into progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 90-day client implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• Ability to recruit and coordinate external mentors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent timeline tracking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial strategy sessions and align timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Own creator recruitment, coordinating outreach, screening, and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding activities, briefs, and training for creators.
• Build and manage the Creator Mentor network for Sessions 1–5.
• Act as project owner, maintaining milestones and cross-team handoffs.
• Coordinate content production timing, mentors, client feedback, and production rhythm.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to downstream teams (platform, recruitment, lead, and conversion).
