Job summary

You will lead creator briefs, manage partnerships, and ensure content moves audiences from awareness to pipeline, with a hybrid NYC-office setup and English-only operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content, brand, or creator marketing with pipeline accountability.
• Owned content linked to business metrics and conversions.
• Experience with DTC, ecommerce, or AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend brand narratives for Darkroom and Shadow.
• Shape funnel strategy and content mapping; build the model.
• Build LinkedIn engine; create video content for the feed.
• Spearhead creator strategy; source, brief, and negotiate partnerships.
• Own email/newsletter content; dictate cadence and opens rationale.
• Turn Shadow content into webinars and lead magnets within the funnel.
• Collaborate on paid copy with design, video, and performance teams.
• Provide editorial direction; maintain consistent standards.
• Turn events and activations into scalable content programs.
• Partner with Marketing Ops on weekly reach, followers, and conversions.
