Job summary

Blue Wheel is seeking a Creator Partnerships Specialist to manage high-volume creator, customer, affiliate, and social commerce content programs. The role supports sourcing, outreach, partnership development, community engagement, content quality, campaign optimization, and reporting under the Creator Partnerships Manager.

The ideal candidate will execute at scale, identify trends, and propose opportunities to improve program performance across multiple platforms and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in creator partnerships or related fields such as influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop creator recommendations aligned with client objectives, audiences and budgets.
• Identify creators and platform trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Negotiate compensation, deliverables, usage rights, and terms within budgets.
• Manage outreach workflows and respond to creator and customer inquiries.
• Track movement from outreach to posting and payout eligibility; report on campaign performance.
• Build long-term relationships to expand Blue Wheel's creator network.
