About the Role

Law&Crime is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to support the growth and success of our Creator Network.

This role serves as the primary relationship manager for creator partners, helping them maximize audience growth, content performance, monetization opportunities, and long-term success across the Law&Crime ecosystem. The position combines creator management, business development, and strategic partnership responsibilities, requiring someone who is equally comfortable building relationships, negotiating opportunities, and identifying growth strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creator economy, experience working directly with digital talent, and a passion for helping creators and brands grow together.

Responsibilities

Creator Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creator partners across the Law&Crime Creator Network.
• Build strong relationships with creators and provide ongoing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to creators, helping them navigate opportunities, challenges, and platform changes.
• Manage day-to-day creator communications and ensure a high‑quality partner experience.

Creator Acquisition & Network Growth

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators who align with the Law&Crime brand and audience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creator partners.
• Develop partnership models that support creator success while advancing company growth objectives.
• Support the continued expansion of the Law&Crime Creator Network.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify new monetization, distribution, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities for creators.
• Support the negotiation and execution of creator agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with leadership on high‑priority initiatives involving creator talent and strategic growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on creator economy trends and emerging business opportunities across digital platforms.

Operations & Performance Management

• Track creator performance, partnership activity, and key business metrics.
• Maintain reporting, partnership documentation, and creator records.
• Own creator‑facing resources, workflows, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve creator support, communication, and operational efficiency.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with content, production, marketing, social, and leadership teams to support creator initiatives.
• Ensure creator priorities are represented in company‑wide projects and initiatives.
• Help align creator strategies with broader company goals and audience growth efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, digital media partnerships, business development, or a related field.
• Experience managing creator, talent, or partner relationships within a digital media, agency, platform, MCN, or creator‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, social media platforms, audience growth strategies, and creator monetization models.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and supporting creators or strategic partners.
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing external business relationships.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and using insights to drive recommendations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with YouTube creators, podcasters, journalists, or creator‑led media brands.
• Experience with content licensing, digital rights management, or creator monetization programs.
• Experience using CRM, creator management, or partnership tracking systems.
