Job summary

WeLearn is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work with top global creators and influencers. This is a fully remote, self-employed freelance role (B2B) based in the United States.

You will build and grow creator partnerships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions across Google, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok ads. Ideal candidates have fluency in English and Czech, strong communication skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Czech is required.
• Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to identify and provide solutions for creators' needs.
• Flexible working hours.
• Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
• Entrepreneurial attitude: creators are independent businesses and should grow.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads is a plus.
• Experience with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of creators and influencers daily.
• Identify and provide comprehensive solutions for creators' needs.
• Coordinate with creators and internal teams to deliver results.
• Learn and apply digital advertising across Google/YouTube/Instagram/TikTok.
