Job summary

Open, a mindfulness studio blending music, breath, and movement, is seeking an Influencer Manager in Los Angeles. You will build and run Open’s creator program, sourcing creators across wellness, music, fashion, and culture to expand the studio and online classes.

You will own partnerships end-to-end—from outreach to briefs, contracts, content, and results—while negotiating rates and guiding campaigns with partners and creators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Strong network of creators and agents.
• Experience negotiating rates, deliverables, and contracts.
• Data-minded with ability to report on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build a roster of creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Source creators whose audience and aesthetic align with Open.
• Develop brand partnerships from pitch to delivery.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights; manage contracts/payments.
• Write clear briefs and guide creator content to stay authentic.
• Plan and run creator activations, events, and launches.
• Maintain a data-driven affiliate tracker with pipeline, dates, spend and performance.
