Job summary

Picsart, Inc. is seeking a full‑time contractor responsible for scaling partnerships with creators and agencies across markets. You will sign partners, finalize terms, and ensure campaigns are published on time with full tracking.

You’ll track performance, decide which collaborations to grow or end, and drive revenue from influencer programs. You will work with Finance, Legal, and Data to execute and optimize partnerships, leveraging a data‑driven approach and strong negotiation to maximize

Qualifications

• Experience managing creator/influencer partnerships at scale.
• Ability to forecast partner costs per paying user.
• Judgment on which partnerships to grow or end.
• Strong negotiation skills and closing deals.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign partners across markets and reach targets.
• Finalize agreements with terms, exclusivity, data access, payments.
• Publish campaigns on time across markets with proper tracking.
• Track partner performance via dashboards to your specs.
• Decide which partnerships to continue or end based on conversions.
• Grow revenue and usage from influencer/affiliate programs.
• Build Picsart's creator base with agency-driven creators.
• Sell the network to partners and bring in more funding.
