Job summary

ARB Interactive seeks a hands-on creator-channel leader to build and scale our creator program. You’ll design tiers, incentives, and deal structures, then recruit and manage a network of creators who become our advocates.

You will own outreach, negotiations, content feedback, and program development, setting systems and cadence in year one while shaping future growth. This role rewards performance, creativity, and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer, creator, talent or community marketing, including programs you built or scaled.
• A real network you can reach and engage quickly.
• Natural grit; you prefer building the machine to inheriting one.
• Proven closing ability across a wide range of deals.
• Fluency in creator economics, including rate benchmarks and usage rights.
• Experience running an always-on program or community.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch our creator program: tiers, incentives, content expectations, deal structures, onboarding.
• Build the scouting engine to find creators early and cost-effectively.
• Create development for the program: coaching, content feedback, early access, co-created formats.
