Job summary

Picsart is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Lead to build and manage a global creator and agency network from a MIAMI-based hub. You will own partnerships, drive agreements, and ensure campaigns publish and track performance against budgets.

You will leverage automation to scale outreach, evaluate ROI, and decide which collaborations to grow or end. This is a full-time contractor role with 12-month term, in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running partnerships (creator, affiliate, influencer, or UGC) at scale.
• Ability to grow a partner network from a few to many and prune underperformers.
• Strong numerical skills to model partner value against costs.
• Sound judgment to distinguish real results from isolated successes.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign partners across markets, targeting hundreds of creators and agencies.
• Finalize written terms, exclusivity, data access, and payment on Picsart terms.
• Oversee campaigns to published status across markets with proper tracking.
• Track partner-driven metrics in dashboards and report to stakeholders.
