ShopMy in New York is building the future of curated commerce by onboarding top tastemakers to power creator-driven campaigns. As Head of Arts Partnerships, you will own the art vertical end-to-end, recruiting artists, collectors, galleries, and curators, and shaping strategic collaborations with cultural institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within the art world.
• Experience with galleries, artists, collectors, and art brands.
• Existing network across the contemporary art world.
• Proven track record of turning a niche network into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about taste-driven commerce and culture/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own outreach across the art ecosystem to recruit artists and galleries.
• Identify and source right-fit talent.
• Activate relationships with artists and galleries on the platform.
• Develop art-world partnerships and events for onboarding and brand relevance.
• Partner with Marketing, Creator, and Brand teams to feature talent effectively.
