Job summary

Triple Whale is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator marketing engine. You’ll own how we identify, partner with, and activate creators across paid partnerships, affiliate programs, campaigns, and always-on relationships.

This role focuses on creating a meaningful growth channel by building a network of trusted creators, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable results that align with brand goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience building and scaling creator programs and relationships.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and how to find voices that last.
• Experience managing creator campaigns end-to-end from sourcing to measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own our creator marketing strategy & execution: build the strategy for how Triple Whale works with creators across campaigns and turn it into a repeatable program.
• Build our creator network: develop a trusted network of creators for launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
• Scale affiliate & creator partnerships: recruit and manage high-value creator and affiliate relationships with value for creators and Triple Whale.
• Run creator campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefs, contracts, timelines, approvals, publishing, reporting."
• Match creators to moments: collaborate with Social, Product Marketing, Content, and Ecosystem teams to integrate creators into launches and content.
• Measure what works and scale: define KPIs, track performance, and optimize partnerships and programs.
