Job summary

Flair is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to own creator campaigns and customer relationships while helping us build scalable AI-powered workflows. In the start-up phase, you will handle campaigns, follow-ups, and brand collaboration to maximize investment in creator marketing.

You’ll grow relationships, explore new campaigns, and shape automation as the company scales. You will report to Jessica Ang, co-founder leading revenue, and you’ll be the first hire outside product and engineering.

Qualifications

• More than two years running influencer campaigns and client-facing work.
• Experience communicating with clients and managing expectations.
• Ability to work independently and scale processes with AI.
• Comfort with evaluating campaigns and optimizing for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creator partnerships and manage brand-influencer relationships.
• Conduct one-to-one creator conversations across email and in-app messaging.
• Ensure briefs align with brand guidelines and deliverables.
• Support brand payments, shipping, and campaign rules queries.
• Grow existing accounts and propose new campaigns and strategies.
• Plan campaigns, manage budgets, track performance, and identify growth.
