Job summary

Picsart is seeking a Full-Time Contractor to lead network-wide creative testing and briefs for AI-driven content campaigns. You will define concepts, scripts, and briefs and use Picsart's tools to prototype ideas for creators and editors at scale.

You will analyze results, optimize hooks across markets and languages, and collaborate with creators to turn concepts into posts that convert viewers into paying users. This role blends creativity with data in a fast-moving network.
