Lazy Boy Agency is a full service marketing agency building campaigns rooted in culture. We’re seeking a Head of Creator Marketing to lead the creator team, own strategy across every client, and report to the Chief Brand Officer.

You’ll manage a team, shape how creator work is scoped, and stay hands-on in campaigns, crafting concepts and leading accounts end to end. This role blends leadership with hands-on craft—setting direction, building the function, and actively guiding campaigns while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creator marketing.
• Experience managing people; built and developed a team.
• End-to-end programs: strategy, casting, negotiation, execution, reporting.
• Creative brain that generates ideas.
• Ability to give notes that move the work.
• Strong read on creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Comfort with contracts, negotiation rates, usage rights, exclusivity, ambassador deals.
• Experience owning meaningful budgets and accountability for ROI.
• Point of view on what makes partnerships feel real vs. paid.
• Strong client presence; able to present strategy and defend recommendations.
• Organized, low ego, and fast without dropping details.

Responsibilities

• Rethink how we approach creator marketing and build templates and systems; iterate on them.
• Run and build the team; set casting, briefs, negotiation, and client comms standards.
• Own strategy across every client by turning goals into a Creatorplan.
• Cast with taste; spot rising creators early and set casting bar.
• Bring the ideas by developing creative concepts and giving actionable notes.
• Lead accounts end to end: client comms, casting, negotiation, contracts, budget, reporting.
