Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to build our creator program from the ground up and own end-to-end execution that makes it run. You’ll collaborate with the creator lead and external agency to ensure briefs, content, and reporting stay on track.

You will coordinate campaigns, review content for FTC disclosure and brand safety, maintain a creator database, and help manage contracts and payments in partnership with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing.
• Experience working with external agencies managing new workflows and processes.
• Strong creator marketing instincts: authentic, platform-native content.
• Exceptional project ownership: build structure, track, and follow through.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
• Drive and proactivity; able to execute and deliver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end — briefs, follow-ups, deadlines, review, and publishing.
• Track deliverables across active campaigns and flag delays.
• Run first-pass content reviews against brand guidelines and disclosures.
• Route content through legal and compliance review with approvals tracked.
• Build and maintain the creator database with contacts, rates, and history.
• Compile post-campaign performance data and support recap reports.
• Research and surface potential creator partners aligned to briefs.
