TubeScience is seeking a Creator Lead in Los Angeles to own strategy and drive execution of creator-led content across a portfolio of brands. You will prototype new approaches on camera, write scalable briefs, coach creators, and manage the pipeline for UGC, self-tapes, and creator edits.

This role blends strategy with hands-on production, embedding you in the creative process to raise standards for creator-led work at TubeScience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience creating content for social media and directing or coaching other creators.
• Real performance marketing experience and ability to connect creative decisions to data.
• Strong on camera and behind it, able to prototype ideas in UGC-style content.
• Talent matching with briefs and a point of view on creators.
• Constructive feedback that preserves energy and authenticity.
• Organized across multiple brands, creators, and briefs.
• Fluent understanding of digital content culture and trends.
• Clear communication translating data into creative direction.

Responsabilidades

• Own the creator strategy for brands, developing winning angles and messaging frameworks using performance data and research.
• Translate insights into repeatable creator briefs with actionable directions for creators.
• Own the execution pipeline for UGC, self-tapes, and creator edits across 5-10 DTC brands.
• Prototype new creative approaches on camera to validate ideas before scaling them.
• Use performance data to guide what to shoot next and iterate quickly.
• Drive fast, autonomous execution, test at volume, and adjust based on results.
