You’ll bring your own gear, a strong portfolio of long-form and short-form work, and comfort with AI-assisted editing to keep content fresh, on schedule, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience creating long-form YouTube and short-form videos.
• Ability to plan and execute a multi-month content strategy.
• Portfolio with story-driven content on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan the content with the founder and convert goals into a content plan.
• Run shoot days at the office in Bohemia; manage on-camera performance.
• Film the businesses with teams; feed company pages.
• Edit long-form vlogs, story videos, show-style series, and short clips.
• Post and track performance; maintain a steady publication schedule.
