Studio KARO, a New York-based multidisciplinary studio, seeks a creative producer to run content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from concept to publication. You will concept, shoot, and edit content independently and with me, while also coordinating larger shoots with a team of creatives.

This role emphasizes initiative, creative taste, and the ability to scale the brand through thoughtful content calendars, launches, and trend-driven campaigns.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience managing or producing content for a creative, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
• Portfolio demonstrating work that performed well online.
• Ability to ideate and produce across photo, video, campaigns, and launches.

Responsabilidades

• Run Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube strategy.
• Concept, produce, shoot, and edit photo & video content independently and with collaborators.
• Hire and manage external contributors for larger shoots.
• Build content calendars and launch strategies.
• Edit long-form and short-form content.
• Stay ahead of social, fashion, art, and culture trends.
• Collaborate with paid partners to develop creative assets.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy.
