Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive growth for one of our brands. You will own the brand's P&L and oversee creative strategy, channel management online and offline, and social commerce across TikTok Shop and affiliate.

You will determine what to build, where to spend, and how fast to scale, with full ownership of the results. You will lead a team from the Brand pod, including a Social Commerce Lead, Channel Managers, and a Creative Strategist, working with central teams in

Qualifications

8–12 years in DTC growth or performance marketing with direct P&L ownership.
Strong fluency across growth marketing: paid social, paid search, social commerce and offline channels.
Hands-on leadership of a cross-functional team and proven ability to recruit and retain talent.

Responsibilities

Own brand P&L and growth targets for revenue, new customers, and CAC.
Set channel mix and budget within approved envelope.
Lead Creative strategy and sign-off on performance creative.
Own social commerce growth across TikTok Shop and affiliate.
Manage cross-functional partnerships with brand marketing, ecommerce, product, retail, and finance.
Build and lead the brand pod, set ownership, cadences, and accountability.
