TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is hiring a Creator Operations Associate to work with the USDS Content Operations team and support the Central Creator Team. You will design, manage and send communications to US Creators, plus community-manage high-value creators via webinars, newsletters and events.

You will help execute product adoption programs with cross-functional partners to drive creator growth and engagement in the US market.

Responsibilities

About The Team

This role will live within the USDS Content Operations team but will support the research needs of the Central Creator Team at TikTok. Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to inspire and support creators to reach their personal and professional aspirations through content. To achieve this mission, we facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This role will be integral to the success of the scaled content and education programs.

We're looking for a Creator Operations Associate to work with our Content Operations Team to execute on US Creator communications & creator management needs within the Creator Product Adoption team. You will be responsible for designing, managing and sending communications to US Creators, in addition to community managing groups of high value TikTok creators through webinars, newsletters and events. As a member of the USDS Business Operations team, you'll also support the US execution of product adoption programs (in partnership with the Central Creator team) to drive adoption of key product priorities and attract, support, and grow our US Creator ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a key USDS partner supporting the US execution of growth programs and vertical priorities
• Oversee communications, in-app and offline, to US Creators for product adoption and community management needs
• Design and launch creator communities to onboard, support and educate emerging and established creators at scale
• Design and implement scalable program solutions for US product & creator needs, helping drive creator growth and retention
• Measure and track the success of growth programs and community management over time, drawing insights for future projects from qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community to support product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as Data & Analytics and Product, to identify critical US Creator questions, ultimately designing, building and developing solutions for the US market.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields
• Great written and spoken communication skills to influence product partners and company decisions
• Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Results and solution-oriented professional who has a knack for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level
• Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with influencer management in developer or creator ecosystems

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $101334 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
