Job summary

Devotion is seeking a Creator Customer Experience Specialist to support and elevate the experience creators have across the Devotion ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of creator operations, customer experience, and AI-enabled workflows, helping ensure creators feel supported, informed, and excited to participate in the communities we build.

You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and strategy teams to support creator communication, improve workflows, and scale high-touch creator

Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience or support in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with creator ecosystems or influencer marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day creator support across email, SMS, social channels.
• Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate with empathy and speed.
• Test and refine internal AI tools powering creator communication.
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, templates, and internal resources.
• Capture creator feedback and surface recurring themes to improve product and workflows.
