Job summary

Devotion is seeking a Creator Customer Experience Specialist to support and elevate creators across the Devotion ecosystem, working at the intersection of creator operations, customer experience, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and strategy teams to improve creator communication, refine workflows, and scale high-touch support through AI systems and human-in-the-loop automation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in CX, support, or community management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, or consumer brands.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high volumes.
• Able to work US business hours from any location.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day creator support across email, SMS, social, and other channels.
• Respond to creator questions and troubleshoot issues quickly and empathetically.
• Coordinate gifting logistics and creator follow-ups across programs.
• Maintain on-brand, clear, and culturally aligned creator communications.
• QA AI-powered workflows for tone, clarity, and accuracy.
• Test and help improve internal AI tools for creator support.
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, templates, and resources for operations.
• Capture creator feedback and surface themes to improve product and community strategy.
• Identify opportunities to scale high-touch creator support processes.
