Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in creator marketing, community operations, or brand partnerships.
• Experience running creator programs, gifting campaigns, or community initiatives at a brand, agency, or platform.
• Strong sense of culture and content; active on TikTok/Instagram and able to assess what lands.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Creator Marketing Account Lead to shape brand strategy and translate it into campaigns.
• Run end-to-end ambassador programs including onboarding, gifting, follow-ups, and engagement.
• Manage creator lists, outreach queues, shipments, and posts to avoid missed steps.
• Hit monthly targets for applications, acceptance rates, content volume, and posting frequency.
• Draft campaign copy and creator-facing messaging aligned to each brand's voice.
