Develop and execute creator partnership strategies to grow Disney+ audience and engagement.
Build scalable creator programs connecting creators, talent, and brands with Disney's franchises and content.
Lead Disney's TikTok Creator Program and other strategic creator initiatives with measurable impact.
Cultivate relationships with creators, talent reps, agencies, and strategic partners.
Develop engagement strategies that deliver measurable results over time.
Monitor platform trends and audience insights to identify new opportunities.
Oversee creator-led content from concept through launch and optimization.
Collaborate with marketing, product, programming and analytics teams to align with brand objectives.
Use performance data to inform programming and investment decisions.
Coach and develop a high-performing Creator Content & Partnerships team.
