Job summary

Opascope is seeking a creator-community leader who coaches brands to engage top creators and optimize performance. You’ll guide how brands talk to creators, build the Discord infrastructure, and drive weekly performance showcases. You’ll also deploy a VIP roster and lead creators through whitelisting and partnership ads.

You’ll craft high-impact content for Meta/Instagram and TikTok, earning commissions from brand partnerships while coordinating with a performance team for numbers-driven results.

Qualifications

• Active creator with growth on Meta/Instagram or TikTok.
• Fluent in whitelisting and partnership ads, able to teach others.
• Experience structuring and running a creator community.
• Comfortable coaching brands and collaborating with performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach brands on running a creator community and whitelisting ads.
• Architect each brand’s Discord with onboarding and rituals.
• Run weekly win presentations to creators and brands.
• Build Opascope’s VIP creator roster for cross-brand use.
• Coach creators through whitelisting steps and ad connections.
• Create performance content for Meta/Instagram and TikTok.
