Job summary

ROSE is building the first exposure health company focused on homes, seeking a sharp marketer to own creator, affiliate, and influencer programs end-to-end. You will source, vet, and manage partners, brief creators, and guide daily operations, reporting to the Head of Growth.

You’ll own structures for affiliate, ambassador programs, and growth content creators, building a high-performing partner ecosystem that fuels brand and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs at a DTC or health/wellness brand.
• Strong instincts for audience fit, content quality, and brand alignment.
• Analytical: comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ROSE's affiliate program from the ground up: structure, tiers, partnerships, tracking, revenue reporting, and payouts.
• Source and vet affiliate partners across health, parenting, environmental, and longevity verticals.
• Maintain affiliate database and pipeline; manage links, codes, and platform tooling.
• Track and report on affiliate KPIs weekly: click-through, conversion, attributed revenue, CAC.
• Design and run ROSE's ambassador program: structure, tiers, onboarding, activation.
