Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in graphic design.
• WordPress/Drupal or other publishing platforms experience.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital, and environmental design.
• Proficiency in typography, color theory, composition, and UX.
• Available for occasional evening or weekend work during campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Implement website strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage website content and CMS, keeping pages up to date.
• Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with development teams for website improvements.
• Implement CRO strategies including landing pages and funnel analysis.
• Monitor website performance and analytics; troubleshoot issues.
• Support digital design for ads, screens, templates.
• Oversee multiple projects with timelines and budgets.
