Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to shape and deliver engaging social media, video, photography, and editorial content that strengthens our brand and mission across digital platforms.

The role leads a team, partners with Marketing, Communications, Creative, and other teams, and sets the creative and editorial direction for DZCA’s storytelling. Strong leadership and content expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, digital media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in social media, digital content, or related work.
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead organic social media and digital content strategy, plans, and goals.
• Oversee creation of content across social, video, blogs, and newsletters.
• Lead day-to-day digital content operations and team performance.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen DZCA’s digital presence.
• Set editorial direction aligned with brand and mission.
• Provide hands-on direction for content and creative as needed.
• Champion innovative storytelling across platforms.
