Job summary

Studio McGee is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator for the Creative Services Warehouse in Draper, UT. This on-site role blends logistics, photo production, and design to ensure the right product is ready for shoots and client installs.

You will pull and prep items, coordinate with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager, maintain an organized warehouse, and support field and installs while upholding the brand's high standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to drive a box truck and operate a forklift.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 75 pounds and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prep products and props for studio photography shoots to reflect brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and cross-functional teams on shoot schedules and product flow.
• Assist with set builds, prop placement, and post-shoot breakdown; label, wrap, and document condition of merchandise.
• Develop familiarity with catalog categories, finishes, and styling to ensure accurate pulls.
• Support studio photography space with weekly floor cleaning and organization; maintain overall cleanliness.
