Merchandise Coordinator, Creative Services Warehouse

Full Time Warehouse, Draper, UT, US

Reports To: Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager Department: Operations / Logistics / Creative (Visual)

Location: Studio McGee Creative Services Warehouse located in Draper, UT - on-site, required

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM (overtime as needed)

Overview:

The Merchandise Coordinator, Creative Services Warehouse is a critical member of the McGee & Co. creative production ecosystem. This is not a traditional warehouse position — it is a hands‑on, brand-immersive role at the intersection of logistics, photo production, and design. You will be the person who ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time: whether that means pulling pieces for a studio shoot, prepping furniture for a client install, or keeping our visual warehouse running at the high standard our brand demands.

Working closely with the Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager and our cross-functional creative, visual, and e-commerce teams, you will develop a deep familiarity with our product catalog and an instinct for how the McGee & Co. aesthetic comes to life — from warehouse shelf to finished photograph. If you are detail-oriented, take pride in how things are handled and presented, and thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, this role is for you.
