Job summary

Studio McGee, Inc. in Draper, UT is seeking an on-site Creative Services Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a dynamic facility that supports on-location and off-site shoots, product development, and client installations.

You will be the single point of accountability on the floor, translating the demand calendar into a daily plan and executing to standards set by leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years of people management, plus experience in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations in a fast-moving environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in an environment where warehouse/operations served a creative or production function.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor Leadership: manage Merchandise Coordinators, assign tasks, schedule, provide feedback, cross-train.
• Warehouse Operations & Inventory: own receiving, storage, cycle counts, transfer orders, discrepancy resolution, inventory accuracy; weekly transfers to Fulfillment Center; inbound inspections; weekly reporting.
• Photo Shoots, Installs & Creative Production: manage end-to-end logistics for photo shoots and installations; coordinate staging and travel; support product presentation and design reviews.
• Facility, Fleet & Safety: maintain facility upkeep; enforce safety; manage fleet readiness and maintenance per DOT standards.
• People, Process & Documentation: recruit onboarding; write SOPs; manage payroll inputs and scheduling; deliver weekly ops reports; manage budgets and variances.
