Job summary

The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles seeks a Supervisor, Visual Merchandising to lead daily store visuals, ensure displays, signage, and merchandising follow brand storytelling and seasonal plans, and create an engaging guest experience. You will train associates, monitor floor changes and inventory flow, collaborate with Retail Operations, and uphold a high-performing, inclusive team culture across the store.

Responsibilities

• Executes visual merchandising standards, floor sets, and product displays to create an engaging and cohesive retail experience.
• Ensure the sales floor is visually compelling, organized, and aligned with brand and seasonal merchandising strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of merchandising plans that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
• Monitor visual presentation, product placement, and inventory flow to maximize space productivity and product visibility.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, product presentation, and visual upkeep expectations.
• Supports associates during floor changes, replenishment, product moves, and visual resets, as directed by the Retail Manager and/or Assistant Manager of Visual Merchandising.
• Partners with retail operations to support replenishment and efficient execution of floor changes.
• Collaborates with the retail warehouse team to receive, stock, and monitor inventory flow to the sales floor.
• Works closely with customer experience teams to ensure visual presentation enhances the overall guest journey.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify merchandising opportunities and improve product storytelling.
• Maintain cleanliness, fixture organization, signage accuracy, and visual consistency throughout the store.
