Epsilon is seeking a Creative Technologist to bridge technical execution and creative vision, automating workflows and building data-driven digital experiences for global clients. You will report to the Senior Director, Creative Technology and collaborate with designers, producers, and engineers to turn ideas into high-performance, measurable work.

Join a team of over 100 specialists within Publicis Groupe, applying AI models and new technologies to keep our proprietary tools ahead.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git).
• Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or completion of a relevant coding bootcamp.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of Emerging Tech: Stay at the forefront with GSAP, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Proprietary Innovation: Prototype the next generation of advanced creative tools.
• Operational Excellence: Automate workflows to scale high-volume, data-driven experiences for global clients.
