Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Creative Technologist to define, architect, and execute generative AI workflows that power high‑quality creative content across copy, imagery, video, and templates. The role blends creative craft with technology, mentoring other technologists, guiding requirements, and ensuring delivery meets benchmarks.

It requires hands-on prototyping and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and an understanding of teaching others to use them effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior leadership.
• Experience managing or contributing to multi-disciplinary projects in an agency or creative studio.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and champion the team’s successes, building confidence and professional identity.
• Design structured prompt and reasoning approaches for copy, imagery, video, and multimodal generation.
• Leading and supervising creative technology contributors across projects and ensuring delivery meets performance metrics.
• Partner with product managers, technical directors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of deliverables.
• Continuously push own craft and stay current with tools, models, and pipelines.
