Job summary

Team One, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an AI Creative Technologist to turn emerging AI into high‑quality content and repeatable workflows. This exempt role collaborates across Creative, Design, Production, Product, and Technology to improve exploration, craft, speed, and scale while maintaining brand standards.

The role partners with Product and Technology to move prototypes toward secure implementation, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in creative technology or related agency roles.
• Hands-on AI-enabled content creation with a portfolio.
• Strong judgment across AI modalities and prototyping.
• Experience presenting work to clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated content across formats.
• Turn briefs into prompts, templates, and end-to-end workflows.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI tools for readiness and fit.
• Partner with teams to identify high-value use cases and deliverables.
• Coach teams and develop reusable prompts and guides.
• Test solutions with users and synthesize feedback to improve outputs.
• Collaborate on integrations, deployment, and compliance.
