Publicis Groupe’s Team One seeks an AI Creative Technologist to turn emerging AI capabilities into high‑quality content and repeatable workflows. You will work across Creative, Design, Production, Product, and Technology to improve exploration, craft, speed, and scale while upholding brand standards and human judgment.

The role reports to the Head of AI Transformation and supports Lexus initiatives, with offices in LA, NY, and Dallas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating AI-enabled creative content, tools, prototypes, or workflows.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating creative judgment and technical fluency.
• Experience presenting work to internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated content across image, video, animation, audio, copy, design, and emerging formats.
• Turn briefs into reusable prompts, model configurations, templates, and workflows with reviews and human judgment points.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI tools for quality and production readiness; suggest configurations or builds.
• Partner with teams to identify high-value use cases and support client demonstrations and AI-enabled offerings.
• Coach teams and develop reusable prompts, templates, and guides for adoption of AI workflows.
• Test solutions with users, collect feedback, and improve usefulness and output quality.
