You will follow recipes, maintain presentation, and help with prep lists and stock. The role requires 1-2 years of experience, food handlers certification, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed.
• Follow the recipes and always make sure food presentation looks outstanding.
• Complete assigned prep list, portion all products per spec.
• Run your station efficiently during the shift, follow all recipes and stock food as needed.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Assist in ensuring deliveries are received and stored in a timely manner.
