Responsibilities

• Greet every Guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take Guests’ order using Velvet Taco service steps.
• Ring up dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders in the POS.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
• Check IDs before serving alcohol per state law.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized service area.
• Know menu items well and stay busy and efficient.
• Maintain fast pace with good hygiene throughout shift.
