Responsibilities
- Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed
- Follow the recipes and always make sure food presentation looks outstanding
- Complete assigned prep list and portion products per spec
- Efficiently run your station during the shift, stock food as needed
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
- Assist in ensuring deliveries are received and stored timely
- Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits
- Assist with cleaning smallwares and equipment
- Other functions as assigned by management
