Surface Experts is seeking an artistic Technician to perform on-site repairs, pairing color skills with hands-on craft in diverse environments. No overtime, weekends, or nights required, with paid holidays and accruable vacation.

You will work with a small local team, use a provided tool-kit, and receive ongoing training and mentorship to grow in this emerging trade. The role emphasizes creativity, customer service, and following a unique 5-step repair process, using company vehicles for job

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work.
• A background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not a deal breaker.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location while displaying good customer service and communication.
• Problem-solve with repairs in various settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites.
