Surface Experts is seeking a creative Field Technician to perform on-site repairs across apartments, hotels, and other locations, using color matching and a unique 5-step process. You will ride a company e-cargo bike to jobs and deliver high-quality workmanship with friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Hands-on experience with manual work (construction, painting, etc.).
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.
• Willingness to travel one week off-site for training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location with strong customer service and communication.
• Problem-solve repairs in varying settings (apartments, hotels, construction sites, etc.).
• Ride a company provided e-cargo bike to jobs to avoid traffic and transit.
